Please look over the following:

• get your music in order BEFORE you arrive to the performance
• give yourself plenty of time to get to the site at the listed report time
• if you are performing in the parade, they are meeting at 8:00am to decorate

if you did not sign-up on the sheet telling us you were going to be at either of these performances, I need to hear from you immediately
