POLICY FOR REHEARSAL CANCELLATION

​I was asked what the rehearsal cancellation policy will be. After speaking with President Jackie Crabtree, we have decided on the following:
If a rehearsal has to be cancelled, due to inclement weather, we will do so via email, facebook and the website, by 6:00pm of the rehearsal day. After that time you will need to use your best judgement on attending or not.
